Downtown vancouver

Downtown is Vancouver's primary business district, houses many arts, entertainment, and sports venues, and is close to several vibrant residential communities. A peninsula, Downtown is bounded by Burrard Inlet on the north, False Creek and the popular district of Yaletown to the south. The West End neighbourhood and world-famous Stanley Park are to the west, and the popular historic districts of Gastown, Chinatown, and Strathcona are to the east.

VANCOUVER WESTSIDE

With its picturesque views, temperate climate and vibrant communities, Vancouver is recognized as one of the best places to live in Canada and the world; it is a city with a history of pioneering citizens, people of expansive vision, a location where mountains meet ocean and dreams become reality.

Vancouver Westside is one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Canada. The neighbourhood is characterized by many larger than average lot sizes on tree-lined streets, boasting homes from stately heritage homes with high historical values to high end new homes equipped with cutting edge new technologies. It is also home to some of the top private schools in BC, such as St. George's School, Vancouver College, York House School, Crofton House School, Little Flower Acedemy and West Point Grey Acedemy, etc.

VANCOUVER EASTSIDE

Vancouver East Side traditionally offers more affordable housing options. The communities are proud for the diversity – in family income, land use, ethnicity and mother tongue. Some of the areas are undergoing rapid transformation to offer up and coming urban life style with boutique shops, trendy restaurants and cafes.

Vancouver East Side is bordered to the north by Burrard Inlet, to the south by the Fraser River, and to the east by the city of Burnaby. East Vancouver is divided from Vancouver's "West Side" (not to be confused with the "West End" of Downtown Vancouver or with West Vancouver) by Ontario St.

SOUTH SURREY WHITE ROCK

From the ocean views at Crescent Beach to the seaside walks on the pier in White Rock. A game of afternoon golf in Morgan Creek, followed by shopping at Grandview’s outdoor mall, or hiking the trails in Pacific Douglas. The pastoral charms of Hazelmere and the peacefulness of an established community in Sunnyside Park. Take in Elgin/Chantrell’s historic background before heading to the U.S. border via King George Corridor’s major transportation hub.
