Getting You

Getting a pre-approval from a mortgage broker is one of the most important first steps in the process of buying a home. It helps you to establish what you are qualified to spend, and a good professional broker will clarify all of the details around finance, deposits, and closing costs with you.

Taking Care of
the downpayment

The minimum downpayment in real estate is 5% of the purchase price, is due upon removal of conditions, and is held by the selling brokerage in trust until closing. First-time homebuyers can make a withdrawal from their RRSPs, tax-free, and pay the amount back within 15 years.

Getting the keys
& moving in

On the day of completion, your lawyer will handle the transfer of money and title.  Then, on possession day, we’ll be excited to meet you at your front door to hand you the keys to your brand new home! And if there is anything you need after you've moved in, our team is here for you.
